hiatus
so... i'm back now... new year... start of the new semester... wow...
so... what have i been up to during the hiatus? a.k.a. the long period of time when i am deprived of internet connection... which also happens to be during the christmas break, so imagine how i felt... anyway...
let's see... my boring christmas break is omposed of days of sims2 sims2 and sims2. really.
what else? hmm... i went to see the fireworks display at the world pyro olympics, at the esplanade (behind sm mall of asia, which happens to be huge...) the fireworks were... what can i say, spectacular... we also got an up front and center view of it from the seawall (coz it's near manila bay), which also happensto be too close for comfort. and i just found out today that australia won in the contest, wow... i got to see the winning fireworks display, which is really grand...
what else? i made cookies. shocking. i discovered that i am truly undomestic... because the cookies sucked. it is as hard as rock. yup. in fact, it is just chocolate chips held together by dough. it is so bad that even ants won't eat it. in fact, i think if you use it to hit someone (like mark), might actually die! joke lng. it is also known as heavy duty cookies. yep. okay, why this disaater? well... the recipe said it needs honey, and i don't have any so duh i didn't add any, so hence.
i also made oatmeal cookies based on the recipe on the can and that turned out fine. as comapred to the chocolate chip ones anyway...
other things... my dad's bday on dec. 26, 2005. we went to dad's (as in the restaurant)...
oo nga pala... belated happy 18th bday, mg! dec. 22, 2005.
i was at a christmas party/ get- together/ surprise bday party (except the person with the bday, sheryl a.k.a. daing, didn't show... so imagine how joma, jecs and antz felt...) anyway, so it was just a christmas get- together thing... also we celebrated aye's bday... btw, yepot, happy 18th bday, dec. 27, 2005. catch up on things with friends... etc. saw ruth, eri, rayzel, ms. chiaoco (my physics teacher) and ms. corpuz (my bio teacher), rach, gochi... joma, jecs and rach made dinner... fun while it lasted.
what else... i drew more portraits, 2 in charcoal, 2 in watercolor, only liked 1 and 2 are torn in pieces in the bottom of the trash can. i'll probably upload the decent one soon.
